Next Step was hired to help the Chef LMT CEO understand and hone his leadership style, and then to do the same with his team in order to optimize their effectiveness and build an even more collaborative culture. Using the Hogan Assessment tool, all employees were given the opportunity to understand themselves and their colleagues so that the collective could function at the highest levels and, importantly, keep having fun while doing it.
